Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Management of effective and meaningful community sponsorships and partnerships which are mutually beneficial for the recipient and Centurion and relevant to the communities and scope of our operations.
  • Responsibility for the coordination and administration of all sponsorship business and associated activities.
  • Collaboration with the Centurion leadership team to develop and drive community engagement strategy.
  • Identification and coordination of partnerships and celebrations established with key organisations relevant to the scope of Centurion operations, fostering employee and community engagement.
  • Assessment of the merits of entering into sponsorship agreements and to coordinate associated activities and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Centurion regional teams to identify and manage local sponsorship opportunities.
  • Development and management of accurate partnerships collateral to support tender, website and community support activities.
  • Management and reporting of sponsorship and partnership activities and budgets for corporate reporting purposes.
  • Work to support community reach initiatives driven by Indigenous, Youth and Training team.

Who we are looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills impeccable copywriting, proofreading, and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, or in a business development, community engagement or corporate sponsorship role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated competency in the development of commercially viable terms and conditions with partners.
  • You are known for your strong leadership skills, with an ability to motivate and encourage team cooperation, whilst building a strong culture amongst others internally and externally.
