_Clinic Trainer/ Assistant Manager_

  • As an Assistant Clinic Manager and Trainer with Laser Clinics Australia, you are passionate about leading and developing your team to success. Your role will be to provide expert handson treatments to clients, plan and deliver technical training and assist with clinic management duties._

_Your Responsibilities:
_
- _ Coaching, supporting, and mentoring your team_
- _ Onboarding and inducting new team members_
- _ Developing and fostering a positive, high-performance culture_
- _ Skin, laser, and Skinstitut product expert_
- _ Upskilling your team in specialist product knowledge_
- _ Providing outstanding customer service to clients_
- _ Assisting in clinic operations such as rostering, banking, end-of-day procedures, stocktake_
- _ Performing Laser Hair Removal and Advanced Laser, Skin & Body Treatments_
- _ Assessing and tracking clinic and individual training needs and performing monthly staff performance reviews_
- _ Planning and delivering technical training to business and therapists requirements_
- _ Ensuring the team is sufficiently skilled to perform treatments_

Your Background/ Qualifications:
_**- _ Demonstrated experience as a successful Experienced/Senior Therapist_
- _ Superior customer service and retail skills with a focus on achieving sales targets_
- _ Management and Training experience highly regarded_
- _ Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture_
- _ Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience is desirable_
- _ Highly motivated with a can-do attitude_
