About DFP

About the role

We are currently seeking multiple driven and enthusiastic Category Assistants to join the team with a growing brand within the health and beauty industry.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Category Manager to manage the health category, ensuring accuracy in pricing, timely data supply, and adherence to end-to-end Category Management processes.

As a key member of the team, you will play an integral role in achieving our strategic goals and driving growth within the health category.


This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual to join our merchandising team and work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

**The responsibilities for this role include: - Ensure accurate pricing and margins are maintained by reviewing master data.

  • Supply timely and accurate data for financial reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure accuracy of master data and claims income.
  • Maintain routine reporting and data to identify and resolve issues.
  • Support crossfunctional category team to ensure compliance with Category Management processes.
  • Administer key promotional activations and conduct catalogue checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Seek opportunities for innovation and differentiation to achieve Priceline's strategic goals and build strong relationships with supplier partners.
  • A basic understanding of Category Management
  • Interest in developing an understanding of supply chain management and flow on impacts.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to embrace change and maintain a positive outlook.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as an integral team member, providing support to peers during peak times.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and deliver highquality work within tight deadlines.
  • Resilience and perseverance to manage setbacks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide clear instructions and guidance to others, helping them understand processes and the required actions to implement them.
