About the Role:

  • Responsible for supporting the Category Buyer and Category by maintaining the buy plan, BMW, product attributes, sample, and buyership processes
  • Manage product registration, pricing, and advertising accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless product flow
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for item registration, pricing, and promotions
  • Coordinate with buying teams and stakeholders for precise processing of business operations
  • Assist in system and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate online product ranging from registration to pricing and copywriting
  • Support Buyers with the Supplier Rebate process and handle supplier communications
  • Assist in marketing activities by loading promotions, creating tickets, and preparing products for online display

About You:

  • Experience in Retail or Customer Service
  • Strong administration skills and keen attention to detail
  • Preferably a background in relevant tertiary education (fashion, marketing, business, commerce)
  • Customer-focused with a professional demeanor
  • Effective planning and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with using various software programs
  • Capable of building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
    Prior exposure to a Merchandise Buying Office is advantageous
