The Role

In this role you will:

  • Engage in scholarly research, actively seeking opportunities to publish in reputable academic journals and conferences.
  • Supervise and mentor students, providing guidance and support in their academic and professional integration.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the School and discipline and participate in academic activities, including workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Make enhancements to course design.
This continuing position is full time and will be located at the world-leading Q Building (Awabakal and Worimi land).

How will you become part of our community?

  • Demonstrate expertise and specialisation in one or more areas of management, such as strategic management, organisational behaviour, human resource management, or international business.
  • Have a strong record of or potential for research productivity, evidenced by publications or research pipeline.
  • Show proven experience in teaching at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, with a proven ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Be an excellent communicator, with the interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage with industry partners.
  • Give commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and professional development.

How will we support you?
The remuneration for this position is from $103, % superannuation.
