Ecommerce Coordinator – Hybrid Role

Established in 1977, KING an iconic Australian furniture designer, manufacturer and retailer that prides itself on design, innovation and comfort.

Our Global Head Office is based in Sydney's suburb Turrella just 20 minutes from the CBD and 7 min walk from Wolli Creek station.

The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of all King websites globally, including maintenance of product and content to drive onsite conversion. This role will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business including marketing, brand, design, product, and logistics.

The Role

  • Support the eCommerce team on KING with on-website content updates as required, including enrichment and merchandising
  • Assist with product and collection launches online
  • Support the execution of E-commerce initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with Ecommerce team members to effectively communicate work in progress and action
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the KING organization

About You

  • Exceptional organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and work towards deadlines
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Great communicator, able to escalate issues in a timely manner
  • Strong time management and attention to detail, you thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce
  • Experience with E-commerce back end tools, Magento experience preferred
  • Excel knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or willingness to learn
