To help us achieve this we are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our Customer Experience Team on a full-time permanent basis.

About the role

  • Reporting to the Customer Support Lead, in this role you will:_
  • Efficiently navigate and utilise various system platforms to support customer service operations
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members in a dynamic, fastpaced environment
  • Perform administration and planning tasks as required
About you

  • To be successful in this role you will:_
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, effectively supporting a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience with various system platforms is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to establish strong professional relationships
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Preparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
