As a seasoned Leader, with your team you will partner with the business to drive value creation, identify brand performance risk and mitigation.


The key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Leadership of effective brand performance management
  • Driving achievement of brand financial targets and strategy by effective reporting, analysis and insights including benchmarking across brands.
  • Driving effective business partnering within the commercial finance team to identify brand performance risks and mitigation and value creation opportunities.
  • Providing financial leadership of shortterm and mediumterm financial budgeting and planning for brands ensuring effective financial modelling to reflect brand strategy and growth targets.
  • Providing financial leadership and commercial guidance for key brand strategic initiatives including oversight of business case development and other financial analysis as required.
  • Providing financial leadership to ensure core merchandise principles are applied consistently across brands to drive optimum stock levels in line with trading patterns.
  • Leadership & mentorship of commercial finance team to ensure an effective and consistent business partnering approach across all brand and channel stakeholders.


We are looking for a commercial thinker and leader who is comfortable to take a hands on approach, be across the detail without getting stuck in it.

With a strong ability to influence across all levels of the business, partnered with the below;

  • Extensive commercial finance business partnering experience in a complex environment.
  • Proven experience in leading a team
  • Ability to build and maintain complex financial models
  • Solutions focused
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Strong analytical, judgement and decisionmaking skills.
  • Flexible approach and ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Strong commercial acumen
