You will need to have a love for administration, be process driven, have a high attention to detail but most of all you want to be apart of the next generation of Team Tolley and be the backbone of his property listings sales campaign from start to finish.

What could a day in the life look like for you?

• Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing, vendor management and sales activity;
• Diary management to ensure your agent has their days and time with clients optimised;
• Coordinating all marketing materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
• Database management
• Provision of weekly vendor reports
• Providing professional communication to clients
• Managing presettlement / settlement duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high functioning Real Estate administration role or high performing industry (12 months minimum) is advantageous;
• A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently
• Exceptional attention to detail
• CRM experience preferred (REX)
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
• Be a team player
