We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Facility Manager to join an aged care facility in the Gippsland region. This position is perfect for a certified Registered Nurse with robust operational leadership abilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, your main duty will be to ensure top-notch care and accommodation services for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Responsible for recruiting, retaining, and leading a diverse team, fostering a safety culture and driving continuous improvement.
  • Operational Oversight: Manages all facets of facility operations, including recruitment, HR, budget control, and reporting.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensures adherence to accreditation standards and regulatory demands.
  • Continuous Improvement: Focuses on enhancing processes, managing changes, and upholding high care standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintains exceptional communication and relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: Previous leadership experience in aged care.
  • Clinical Background: Registered Nurse with expertise in the aged care industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, operational management, and outstanding communication abilities.
  • Clearances: Must have a current Police Check and NDIS Workers Screening (or willing to acquire).
