Role & Responsibilities
As our Bar Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape an exceptional bar experience that leaves guests in awe. With your creative vision and strong leadership skills, you'll create an atmosphere that keeps customers coming back for more.

We're searching for someone who can craft unforgettable moments, inspire a winning team, drive business growth, build lasting relationships, and maintain impeccable standards to excel as our Bar Manager.


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role within high volume a la carte restaurants
  • Excellent knowledge of traditional cocktails and creativity & drive to develop new cocktails
  • Excellent knowledge of current wine and beverage products and trends
  • Effective planning, time management and decision making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, with high attention to detail and cleanliness
