The Role:

As the Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of this bar and restaurant. Your infectious enthusiasm and interpersonal skills will shine as you manage staff and customer relations.

Whether you're behind the bar crafting signature cocktails or on the floor, your presence will contribute to the warm and inviting environment.

You'll collaborate closely with the Venue Manager to enhance the overall guest experience, and your ability to multitask will be put to the test as you oversee various aspects of the daily operations.

Training and mentoring junior staff will also be a key responsibility, fostering growth and excellence within the team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role, ideally within a bar or restaurant setting.
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
  • A knack for creating an inviting and engaging atmosphere.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in training and mentoring junior staff is highly valued.
