The Role:

  • Responsibilities include:
    • Researching properties in Brisbane
    • Meeting client requirements
    • Managing client database
    • Coordinating with sales agents and keeping track of marketing activities
    • Finding off-market properties
    • Handling email and phone inquiries
    • Supporting with administrative tasks and documentation
    • Participating in property viewings
    • Managing administration and databases
    • Supporting the lead Buyers Agent

The Candidate:



  • Hold a Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Previous experience as an Associate, Sales Administrator, or Personal Assistant in the Real Estate sector
  • Demonstrate sharpness, astuteness, and a drive for success
  • Dependable and reliable professional
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the Queensland market, particularly Brisbane
  • Ability to nurture enduring client connections
