Your Opportunity
We currently have exciting opportunities for Managers, Senior Managers and Directors across our Law division.

  • Commercial Law/Technology Law/Tax Controversy_
Our Commercial Law team complements KPMG's traditional service offerings by providing high-quality legal services to our clients.

Our diverse and multidisciplinary team bring together expertise in; public and private mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, foreign investment, corporate and commercial advisory, tax dispute resolution and controversy, competition and trade practices, workplace and employment, and real estate.


  • Legal Operations_


Our Legal Operations Transformation Services team is a close-knit team of Lawyers, Consultants, Analysts and Technologists that help clients in-house legal teams optimise the delivery of their legal services, through process improvement and the adoption of legal technology, to assist them in achieving operational excellence.

Your Experience

  • Commercial Law/Technology Law/Tax Controversy_
  • An Australian law qualification with between 1 to 5 years of post
- qualification experience

  • Previous experience working in or for government
  • Being adaptable and personable, keen to work outside the 'traditional' law firm model and collaborate with KPMG's broader advisory teams.
  • Legal Operations_
  • Proven ability to elicit and document business and customer needs, translating these to clear requirements, with experience in implementing the requirements within core and enabling processes
  • Experience in evaluation, design and the implementation of technology to solve operational problems is highly desirable
  • Staying informed about the latest technological innovations; as part of this you will have the opportunity to develop your "handson" process mapping skills, a key function in this rapidly changing market.
Please note, the salary ranges $165k - $355k+ with respect to your level of experience.
