About the Park: BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola stands out for its unique location on a lake, offering picturesque views and a nature-filled escape with a range of accommodation options.
About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Park Manager to oversee the operations at Lake Conjola Holiday Park.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents
- Manage staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and recruitment
- Handle finances and resources for the park
- Assist with construction projects and refurbishments
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Manage resident payments
- Respond to emergencies as needed
About You: If you have a background in tourism, sales, or property management and a passion for the industry, we are looking for someone with experience in asset management, project coordination, and excellent administrative skills.
- Experience in managing tourist or caravan parks
- Operational and project management expertise
- Proficiency in booking software like Newbook
- Demonstrated financial and administrative acumen
- Commitment to achieving company goals and ensuring customer satisfaction
