The role:

  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Sail Point Identity IQ and Service Now.
  • Ensure the integration meets business requirements and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure integration aligns with overall system architecture.
  • Customise Sail Point IIQ workflows, rules, and connectors to support integration.
  • Configure Service Now to support the integration with Sail Point IIQ, including catalogue items, workflows, and automation.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integration functions as intended.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during development, testing, and post-deployment phases.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for the integration process, configurations, and customisations.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on the use and maintenance of the integrated system.
  • Implement best practices for identity and access management.
  • Ensure all integration processes adhere to security policies and standards.
