Synechron Payments is hiring for a SailPoint BA for Sydney location.
Duration will be 6 months plus extendable.

You will be:

• Responsible for feature & story refinement driving the development and adoption of our identity management policy on leading edge cloud technologies
• Suggesting innovative process and practice improvements to add value, drive productivity/efficiency
• Actively participating in agile scrum ceremonies, focussing on estimation and breakdown of stories
• Assisting the team with testing and doing demos

About you:

• 3+ years' experience working in User Access Management in financial services
• Experience on the Sailpoint IIQ platform
• Experience working in Sailpoint Role based access control model.
• Experience in Business and IT Role mining.
• Passionate about agile delivery and proven success in agile delivery
• Strong customer empathy and experience with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proven track record across transformation, onboarding, or migration initiatives
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence
• Strong communication and documentation skills including the ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical audiences
• A selfstarter with a desire to effect meaningful and valueadd change
• Strong team player and collaborator
