Job Description

What you will be doing:

Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment General cleaning and sanitizing of cooking preparation areas, storerooms, workrooms areas to the highest standards. Wash dishes, pots and pans, utensils and food preparation machines and clean floors, counters and work tables. Cleaning of cooking and general utensils used in the kitchen and restaurant area Assist chefs within the scope of your abilities and training General pantry duties Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Organised and a great team player Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment Understanding of food safety and hygiene Problem solver and strives for excellence Proven experience in following high standards of cleanliness and maintaining them Guest orientated Physical fit for a physically and hand on role (standing, lifting, carrying) Additional Information
