Job Description
What you will be doing:
Assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing the operations undertaken by the kitchen stewards to deliver an organised, clean and efficient kitchen which is maintained at all times. Performing and overseeing the stewarding program to execute cleaning duties within the kitchen, fridges, food preparation and BOH areas. Overseeing the stewarding team in washing procedures and proper food handling procedures.Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Strong leadership and management skills Highly organised with strong time management skills Strong understanding of proper food handling procedures A positive attitude within the team Ability to work quickly and efficientlyAdditional Information
