Key Responsibilities:
- Verify, manage, and approve payroll transactions, amendments, advance payments, and other relevant transactions.
- Calculate and process payroll adjustments, corrections, terminations, and overtime claims.
- Offer guidance to employees on their entitlements and responsibilities regarding pension schemes and benefits.
- Maintain effective document filing and storage, ensuring compliance with record-keeping standards.
- Review and handle HR Information System reports for audits.
- Contribute to improving business processes related to transaction processing.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with medium to large HR/Payroll systems.
- Understanding of payroll, tax issues, and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise technology software and multiple user modules.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take ownership of tasks.
