The role

Pymble Ladies' College Enrolments team are looking for an Administrator. This position is responsible for providing support to the wider team and ensuring that the enrolment process is smooth and efficient. We are seeking an excellent communicator who will be liaising with future parents and carers in relation to all aspects of each application.
This role is often the first point of contact with the College on the enrolment journey and the successful candidate must be positive, warm and engaging. Attention to detail is key to the success of this position, as is the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. A flexible approach and the ability to multitask will ensure you fit in with this team of hard working professionals.

Our kind of team member

You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:

  • Experience in enrolments or similar administrative position
  • Well-developed communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Previous exposure to CRM and database systems eg EnrolHQ, Edumate or Salesforce desirable, not essential
  • Ability to organise workflows and set priorities
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail in the preparation of materials
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft suite of applications ( Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word )
  • Willingness and ability to adopt a flexible approach to changing priorities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to demonstrate professional conduct and discretion at all times
  • Willingness to support the ethos and values of the College
