You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:
- Experience in enrolments or similar administrative position
- Well-developed communication skills - both written and verbal
- Previous exposure to CRM and database systems eg EnrolHQ, Edumate, Salesforce desirable
- Ability to organise workflows and set priorities
- High level accuracy and attention to detail in the preparation of materials
- Willingness and ability to adopt a flexible approach to changing priorities
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to demonstrate professional conduct and discretion at all times
- Willingness to support the ethos and values of the College
