Dispatch Officer

Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 02:00pm to 07:00pm shift

- $30.81 per hour + super + shift allowance

• Based in Toongabbie 214

About the opportunity:

Working as part of a team within a GMP environment, you will be responsible for the timely dispatching of life-saving medications, ensuring hospitals receive the medications they need to treat their patients.

Duties:

• Liasing with couriers regarding deliveries
• Labelling cartons with connotes
• Collaborating with production team to prioritise orders
• Documentation in relation to order dispatch
• General housekeeping duties e.g. cleaning the warehouse
• Ad hoc duties

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a pick pack or warehouse assistant role is essential
• Must have an excellent eye for detail
• Need to be flexible & willing to do overtime
• Industry experience (pharmaceuticals, medical devices etc.) is very beneficial
• Great verbal and written communication
• Strong understanding of GMP
• Reliable and a team player
• Happy to commit to an ongoing and long term assignment
