Dispatch Officer

**About the opportunity**:
Working as part of a team within a GMP environment, you will be responsible for the timely dispatching of life-saving medications, ensuring hospitals receive the medications they need to treat their patients.

**Duties**:

- Liasing with couriers regarding deliveries
- Labelling cartons with connotes
- Collaborating with production team to prioritise orders
- Documentation in relation to order dispatch
- General housekeeping duties e.g. cleaning the warehouse
- Ad hoc duties

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in a pick pack or warehouse assistant role is essential
- Must have an excellent eye for detail
- Need to be flexible & willing to do overtime
- Industry experience (pharmaceuticals, medical devices etc.) is very beneficial
- Great verbal and written communication
- Strong understanding of GMP
- Reliable and a team player
- Happy to commit to an on-going and long term assignment
