About Our Client:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • High-volume sales order data entry of customer orders, daily.
  • Answering inbound calls from customers.
  • Forwarding customer feedback and complaints to the relevant stakeholder to fix, immediately.
  • Organising freight and shipping for client orders and providing ETAs.
  • Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.
  • General adhoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.

The Successful Applicant:


We are looking for a hardworking Customer Service Officer, who has a passion for customer service and likes to be continually busy.

To be successful, you'll need to have excellent written and phone manner as well as enjoy working in a team and collaborate with all business stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be able to respond with over 70 requests, daily. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, with a start date in June.
