As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children.

You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.


About Goodstart Logan Village:


Goodstart Logan Village is a fast-growing community and we are looking for Educators to meet our growing occupancy for 2024.

You will enjoy working in a safe, respectful and rewarding environment with long term Educators and low staff turnover. Our supportive environment builds Educators knowledge and skills with paid training sessions and a nurturing, mentoring approach.

We are looking for Educators to join our team that are caring, understanding and passionate and who love to work using Key Educator Relationships.

You'll need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
