We provide services in all areas of dentistry, including preventative, general restorative, oral surgery, endodontics, fixed and removable prosthodontics.

Successful applicants will be/have:
Ideally minimum of 1 years dental experience

Reception experience

Excellent computer skills; proficiency in using HICAPS terminals and Dental for Windows software is preferred

Caring and friendly personality; with a strong patient focus

Ability to multitask and prioritise

Self-motivated, reliable and willingness to work well as part of a team

Professional presentation and etiquette

Excellent communications skills

A willingness to learn and undertake further training and education

Key responsibilities:
General reception duties; answering phone enquiries/making and confirming appointments and processing payments

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
