The Role

  • We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills who put customers first and leave them with a lasting impression of great food and great service_.

~Duties & Responsibilities ~
With your hands on experience you will be;
Warmly greeting all customers and sitting them at their tables, showcasing our menus and taking orders accurately and efficiently.

Taking pride in your knowledge of current specials and upselling to customers needs

Confident and warm customer service skills a must

Respond promptly to any requests or concerns working in a fast paced environment. But don't worry, our floor manager is right there to help you with any concerns

Offer recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverage menu and meal wait times. Coordinating order timing comes natural to you.

Proactively monitor customers needs such as; water jug levels, plate clearing and customer satisfaction while also upselling to cater to customers needs such as; offering desserts, that after meal coffee or tea or pairing the perfect beverage to their meal all while increasing revenue


We love to stay on top of things and with your experience and knowledge you will be setting up tables accordingly creating an inviting dining experience for all customers always ensuring an impeccable standard is kept.


You have a keen eye for cleanliness and always monitoring dining area to ensure tables are promptly cleared and reset.

You will also assist in other areas where needed. This includes general cleaning and supporting your fellow staff always demonstrating flexibility and willingness to help out.


You will be communicating with your team to ensure a seamless delivery of exceptional service in all aspects of the restaurant.

Supporting your team at all times

The ability to diffuse a negative experience and turn it into a positive experience ensuring customer satisfaction

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

~Required Skills~

  • Must have current RSA and be comfortable making cocktails when needed
  • Must be able to make a "good coffee" we can help you if you know how to use a machine
  • Have 2+ years previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a faced paced environment
  • Must be flexible. You may be required nights, weekends and some holidays where needed

This role will have you busy helping out our chefs, preparing foods, keeping on top of cleanliness, rubbish removal, dishwashing and any other duties where required
