THE ROLE

  • The daily cleaning of kitchens and food storage areas;
  • Cleaning of kitchen tools, machinery, appliances and utensils;
  • Ensuring the kitchen area meets health and safety standards;
  • Ensuring the correct use and storage of chemicals and equipment;
  • Supporting the Kitchen Team with other general duties as required.

THE CRITERIA

  • Experience in a highpaced environment is highly regarded
  • Food Safety Compliance experience is advantageous.
  • A good level of physical fitness as the role entails lifting and carrying kitchen items;
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment and;
  • Strong pride in your work and take great satisfaction in a job well done;
