The Position
In the role of Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and greet clients in the office
  • Admin support to the Sales and Property Management teams
  • Maintain the office day to day, organise meeting rooms and maintain supplies
  • Social media management and advertising properties online
  • Booking in appointments and ad hoc support to the Directors

The Person
******- Previous administrative/office experience - real estate experience ideal, though not essential

  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration (or you will be willing to obtain)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation is a must
  • Great customer service skills and professional phone manner
  • Ability to juggle tasks and prioritise a workload
  • A team player with a 'cando' attitude
