About Our Client

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Service Team to ensure their ongoing performance meets the objectives of the organization.
  • Lead, nurture, and develop a team of professionals while maintaining an existing client base.
  • Offer exceptional interpersonal, management, and relationship building skills with a keen business sense.
  • Build an outstanding work ethic with the team, showing commitment and garnering respect.
  • Develop professionals in the Australian and New Zealand Service business.
  • Determine, implement, and monitor strategies, policies, and plans.
  • Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish service schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to specifications, plans, laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Oversee maintenance to optimize efficiency.
  • Liaise with the marketing department and other managers for service growth plans.
  • Maintain high standards of service for technical products.
  • Attend and participate in management meetings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Achieve service sales targets monthly for department profitability.
  • Manage key customer relationships for growth.
  • Prepare accurate estimates, presentations, quotations, and contracts.

Exceptional at planning and organizing teams in head office and remote environments across Australia and New Zealand. Adapt quickly to market changes and innovations for team efficiency.

Effective communication with customers and team members, fostering respect and high expectations for performance.

Performance Measures

  • Exceed sales, unit, and profit targets.
  • Improve conversion rates and maintain competitor awareness.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of quotations and uphold major account maintenance.
  • Manage product support and service sales targets efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in service management, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Possess 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and best practices.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Lead technical teams effectively during new product launches. Keep service personnel training up-to-date and maintain a strong work ethic to garner respect.

Foster a well-managed, efficient service team that excels in customer interactions. Recognize and improve staff capabilities through communication, motivation, and empowerment.
