What this opportunity involves:


As part of the Whole of Australian Government Account (WoAG) we manage one of the largest and diverse property portfolios in Australia.

As an integral member within our national team, you will provide high-level property finance and accounting expertise, supporting our Property Managers across the revenue and expenditure property portfolio.


Although we are after and AP/ AR/ financial/ accounting expertise in your day-to-day duties, you will also obtain exposure to exciting property management tasks, so take this opportunity to further grow and develop your skills, particularly if your dream goal is to progress into a PM role longer term.

A snapshot of the role;
Act as a daily point of contact around invoicing and payments, liaising with key stakeholders to proactively respond to queries and requests and resolve issues

Closely monitoring debtors to actively drive reductions in amounts outstanding over 30 days

Preparation and issuing of monthly invoices to tenants

Assist in the preparation of lease documentation including undertaking market sweeps, research, and property benchmarking advice

Calculate fixed, CPI and lease events report for Property Managers monthly

Liaise with Lease Administration and Property Managers to manage invoice payments, reconciliations of accounts and rent reviews

Generation and analysis of financial reports to ensure accuracy and timely management of reporting deadlines

Build strong working relationships across teams to ensure that we meet our clients' needs

Ensure data accuracy and governance of procedures and process flows

We're looking for relevant AP/ AR/ property accounting/ finance experience, advanced computer software skills including Excel, and a high attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


You're capable of building rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders and are a self-starter who can take initiative, always striving for the best outcomes.

You must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our client's requirements and be able to obtain and maintain relevant baseline clearances.
