What your typical day will look like:

The Salesforce Trainer & Data Steward role purpose is to design, develop, document and facilitate training for new and existing end users of the Dentsu salesforce CRM platform using effective learning techniques to drive platform adoption.


  • Core responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a central point of contact for offshore sales enablement resources, responsible for data health remediation and monitoring tasks, and act as an escalation point for issue resolution between end users and offshore resources.
Maintain strong working relationships with local, regional, and global Salesforce support and development resources to foster collaboration and effective communication. Implement and maintain a data health and compliance framework, clarifying data capture and entry expectations for Salesforce end users based on their role and level in the organization.

Maintain a register of internal control reports to monitor data health, optimize data health efforts, and analyze internal control reports to create action plans for remediation.
