About the role


A combined role of being our director of first impressions - first point of contact for the business, with core dyanamic adminstrative responsibilities.

You will thrive on the customer service experience and love to be the integral component that keeps the office environment running smoothly and positively.


Responsibilties

  • Welcoming all visitors on arrival.
  • Screening calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Data entry, maintining inboxes, diary management, logbooks and work books.
  • Following and supporting all safety procedures.
  • Maintaining office environment reception, boardroom, kitchen.

Skills & experience

  • High level administrative skills and computer literacy
  • Organised with the abiltiy to multitask
  • Strong communication, both verbal & written
  • Positive, team player
