We're looking for Psychological Services Manager to lead a team of Provisional Psychologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors and Social Workers and to ensure quality across our range of psychological services.

Join a large and supportive multi-disciplinary team of 40+ staff in SA, including a diverse and supportive Leadership Team.

In this role, you'll be responsible to

  • Coach and lead an emerging team of Provisional Psychologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors and/or Social Workers
  • Triage, delegate and supervise new services, including customer liaison and ongoing quality oversight of junior staff
  • Develop and sustain productive customer relationships through prioritisation of customers and their needs
  • Ensure services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards
  • Delivery of Psychspecific services such as Counselling and Vocational Assessments

Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or a similar field, ideally with 2+ years of experience in delivery of Vocational services
  • People leadership or demonstrated experience in influencing, coaching and developing individuals
  • A track record of customer engagement with an the ability to drive growth
  • Exceptional organisational skills, confidence in juggling competing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Practical knowledge of workers' compensation legislation is preferred, but not essential
  • Case management experience, with the ability to drive progression in your own work and to influence the team to progress their cases
