• This role involves working side by side and leading the service and installation team.
• Involving the installation and auditing of CCTV systems, school bus lights and passenger information systems, along with fault finding, repairs and diagnostics on heavy vehicles, namely buses.
• All work is to be carried out in a neat, clean and efficient manner.
• Managing large fleets of buses and their CCTV systems and helping clients resolve technical issues.
• Building rapport with customers and senior management on a daily basis.
• Reporting daily and providing paperwork on all jobs completed to Management.
• Liaising with customers, thus you are expected to provide an outstanding customer experience for all our clients.

• Auto Electrician / Technician qualification is necessary in this role.
• Current Australian driver's licence.
• A CCTV security licence is desirable.
• You must be techsavvy and competent in IT.
• Competent computer skills involving the use of Excel and MYOB.
• Experience working on buses and heavy vehicles.
• Ideally carried out installations of different electrical equipment on buses.

• Have excellent communication skills and a good phone manner.
• Be punctual, neat, and efficient.
• You must take pride in your work, with attention to detail.
• Be selfmotivated and able to work autonomously as well as being a part of a team working together.

• Performance reviews will be carried out biannually, with salary reviews annually.
• Fully maintained company vehicle, laptop computer, mobile phone, superannuation.
• Hours: 40 hours per week, fulltime. Monday to Friday
• Location: Based in Mitcham Victoria, travel includes metro and regional Victoria and interstate.
