**THE CLIENT**

**THE ROLE**
- This role involves working side by side and leading the service and installation team.
- Involving the installation and auditing of CCTV systems, school bus lights and passenger information systems, along with fault finding, repairs and diagnostics on heavy vehicles, namely buses.
- All work is to be carried out in a neat, clean and efficient manner.
- Managing large fleets of buses and their CCTV systems and helping clients resolve technical issues.
- Building rapport with customers and senior management on a daily basis.
- Reporting daily and providing paperwork on all jobs completed to Management.
- Liaising with customers, thus you are expected to provide an outstanding customer experience for all our clients.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Auto Electrician / Technician qualification is necessary in this role.
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- A CCTV security licence is desirable.
- You must be tech-savvy and competent in IT.
- Competent computer skills involving the use of Excel and MYOB.
- Experience working on buses and heavy vehicles.
- Ideally carried out installations of different electrical equipment on buses.

- Be punctual, neat, and efficient.
- You must take pride in your work, with attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as being a part of a team working together.
