As our new apprentice, your role will be to assist Technicians with a variety of vehicle service and repair work within our Mazda dealership in Burwood.

About the role

As an
Automotive Apprentice with The Penfold Motor Group, you will be working for one of Australia's largest national dealer groups.

Through our award-winning D.R.I.V.E Academy, you will undertake a nationally recognised qualification, supported by an award-winning Registered Training Organisation.

Combining on-the-job training, whilst being supported and mentored by a qualified Technician, you will:

• Assist Technicians with a variety of vehicle service and repair work
• Work handson with a variety of internationally celebrated vehicles
• Learn specialist automotive technical skills
• Learn to read, and understand manufacturerspecific technical information
• Develop facetoface customer service skills with both internal and external customers
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
• Receive awardwinning onthejob learning
• Receive awardwinning TAFE training

About you

• Committed, reliable and have a strong willingness to learn.
• A strong team player adopting positive workplace behaviors.
• Genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry
• A current holder of a VIC driver's license or soontoobtain one.
• A good attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Problemsolving skills and computer literacy
