As our new apprentice, your role will be to assist Technicians with a variety of vehicle service and repair work within our Mazda dealership in Burwood.

**About the role**
As an** Automotive Apprentice with The Penfold Motor Group**, you will be working for one of Australia’s largest national dealer groups. Through our award-winning D.R.I.V.E Academy, you will undertake a nationally recognised qualification, supported by an award-winning Registered Training Organisation.
**Combining on-the-job training, whilst being supported and mentored by a qualified Technician, you will**:
- Assist Technicians with a variety of vehicle service and repair work
- Work hands-on with a variety of internationally celebrated vehicles
- Learn specialist automotive technical skills
- Learn to read, and understand manufacturer-specific technical information
- Develop face-to-face customer service skills with both internal and external customers
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Receive award-winning on-the-job learning
- Receive award-winning TAFE training
**About you**
- Committed, reliable and have a strong willingness to learn.
- A strong team player adopting positive workplace behaviors.
- Genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry
- A current holder of a VIC driver's license or soon-to-obtain one.
- A good attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and computer literacy
