Where the team fits in

  • In this role you'll be working within the Customer Product & Experience (CP&E) group, specifically within our Agency Services portfolio. The CP&E Group's purpose is to build & provide market leading digital real estate solutions for our customers, Australian property professionals. Our Agency Services portfolio is one of three key pillars in our customer strategy and provides customers with leading digital solutions that help them win their next mandate and run their business more profitably.
  • We are embarking on a multiyear technology transformation to modernise our listings pipeline, centralise customer experiences into a single platform and decommission legacy technology. In this role you will help lead this transformation across two existing listings teams and two new squads.
What the role is all about- Be part of the Channels Consolidation program leadership team and play a key role in driving program awareness and requirements across teams at REA Jointly define and achieve overarching program objectives to reduce business risk, improve customer experience and improve operational efficiency Jointly set program operating models and execute against this (e.g. governance, steer cos) Work with other Consumer and Customer teams in the business to ensure that the strategic plan is aligned, and dependencies managed Build close relationships with key internal stakeholder groups to plan and execute customer migration plans Contribute to the broader Agency Services & CP&E strategy by participation in the group leadership team Work closely with the program Delivery Manager to establish tribe leadership practices and cadences, including maintaining a high performing team with a great culture - whilst remaining laser focused on the mission Work closely with tribe Design team to establish great discovery/research practices and cadences to engrain a culture of putting the consumer and customer at the heart of everything we doWho we're looking for- Someone with a few runs on the board - extensive experience in Product Management / Product Development or equivalent Strong people leadership and coaching experience Comfortable managing large, complex programs of work Experience with migration programs or related projects Comfortable playing a leading role in technology focused initiatives with broad business impact Able to balance both consumer and customer needs to achieve outcomes Demonstrated experience navigating complex stakeholder environments Demonstrated ability to develop strategies which address evidenced problems and experience of following these strategies through to benefit realisation Comfortable moving between strategy and detail on a regular basis Excellent presentation, communication skills and ability to simplify complex problem spaces and anchor back to value to customer and REA A powerful communicator and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders Should bring a growth mindset, exhibit resilience and appreciate how change can be enacted in a large organisation.
