Overview Of The Position

Attempting to resolve complex claims and reach settlement outside of court through alternative dispute resolutionIf no settlement can be reached, proceeding the case in court, representing your clients and carrying out all duties associated with Dispute Resolution or Litigation LawyersDrafting, negotiating, and reviewing court documents such as pleadings or witness statementsLiaising with a variety of other professionals including psychologists, doctors, social workers, and police officersResearching historic cases that bare resemblance to your ongoing filesExamining and evaluating any evidence that may prove beneficial to your clientsEffectively and empathetically managing emotionally unpredictable situations

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years PAE of Family Law experienceVast knowledge and understanding of Family LawTime management and organisational skillsEnjoy the challenge of working in a busy, fast-paced team environmentBe comfortable and experienced in Attending Court, mediations and conferences
