Opportunity for a Pathology Collector to be part of a team of Collectors across multiple sites in an ongoing Temp

  • Casual position.

Nambour, Maroochydore, Palm Woods.

This will be an immediate start, looking to start the week of the 05/06/2023


This will be temporary work, working for KE Select whilst helping out our client with the increased numbers of patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Venepuncture experience is essential for at least 6 months unsupervised not including placement hours
  • Processing of Pathology Specimens
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clerical duties and basic IT skills
  • Highlevel communication skills with colleagues and patients
  • Ability to provide dedication to patient care
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Comply with Work Health and Safety

About you:

We are looking for a

driven, outgoing individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality Pathology services. You'll have a positive

can-do attitude to be able to successfully and positively work with our external stakeholders. You will have a high level of technical skills and be able to work autonomously and without supervision.

You must be:

  • Eligible to work within Australia
  • Possess a current driver's licence and WWC Check
  • Obtained a
    Cert 3 in Pathology Collection (Will not accept any other experience in collection without this Cert 3 Collection)**:
  • A clear and patient communicator

Experience in blood collection (at least 6 months):

  • Have a positive attitude
  • Have a passion for Pathology Collection

Have a flexible approach to work and availability and be prepared to be deployed at different locations
