We are a team of enthusiasm dedicated to designing and marketing, distributing apparel, footwear and accessories, successfully selling domestically and internationally to major department, marketplaces, and online stores. Our business has seen a rapid growth in the last a few years, and we are looking for a passionate eCommerce Trade Specialist to join our outstanding fast-growing team.

As an eCommerce and Marketplace Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving sales across various digital platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing our eCommerce website and expanding our reach on third-party marketplaces, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and optimising conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. eCommerce Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce website, ensuring product listings, imagery and accurate, engaging and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the creative team to enhance the visual appeal of the website and improve the user interface
- Oversee the merchandising of the website

2. Marketplace Expansion:

- Lead the onboarding process and manage the presence of our brands on third-party marketplaces
- Develop and maintain product listings on marketplaces, optimising titles, descriptions, keywords and images to enhance visibility and searchability.
- Manage the trade performance of our brands including management of promotions and markdowns
- Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activites to strategise and maintain a competitive edge

3. Sales and Conversion Optimisation:

- Analyse customer behaviour, purchase patterns and site traffic to identify opportunities for enhancing conversation rates
- Implement strategies to drive revenue and enhance the average order value
- A/B testing and optimise landing pages, product pages and checkout processes

4. Inventory and order management
- Work closely with the planner and operations team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfilment
- Monitor and manage inventory on marketplaces ensuring inventory is accurate to prevent overselling or out of stock.

5. Customer Experience
- Supervise the offshore customer service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience, addressing enquiries, concerns and issues related to online orders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure consistent and positive customer experience.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyse sales, website traffic and marketplace performance to derive actional insights
- Manage and report on key metrics and trends for both the eCommerce website and market places

7. Management of Affiliate Program.

**TO BE SUCESSFUL**:

- Degree qualified in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in eCommerce management and marketplace expansion.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such like Shopify, CMS, and marketplace interfaces such like Mirakl.
- Have great organisational and time management skills, to deliver to deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Above average IT / computer, excel skills are a must.
- Passionate about ecommerce and the digital space.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a deadline-driven environment, to think on your feet, adapt quickly and hit the ground running.
- Understanding of best practice ecommerce and marketing principles.
- Fashion industry experience could be an advantage.
