About the Role:


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated hospitality professional to take a lead role in the operations of our newest training outlet, the TRAM.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide high quality customer service to students, employees and the public.
  • Serve and provide support to students as the lead Barista of the TRAM.
  • Coordinate the day to day preparation, display and service of food and beverages.
  • Oversee budgets and monitor financial operations of the training outlets.
  • Manage control systems to measure customer satisfaction, food and beverage costs, labour costs, profit margins and other operational aspects of the training outlet space.
  • Perform cleaning duties whilst maintaining compliance with food safety requirements.
  • Cover letter responding to Key Selection Criteria in the Position Description.
