Due to our growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager, to work closely with the Sales and Services/Support team to educate and grow the customer portfolio post sale.

You will get to:

  • Support onboarding of new customers at golive to ensure successful platform activation and continued adoption
  • Provide aftersales support to retain customers and to drive usage
  • Determine the customers who are at risk of churn and develop a process to engage and delight them based on their requirements
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries. Troubleshoot issues at the first point of contact and attempt to resolve or escalate issues to our technical and development teams
  • Document all actions taken and ensure Salesforce data is kept up to date at the time of interaction
  • Maximise crosssell and upsell opportunities and create a highperforming culture
  • Daily update of the sales CRM system (Salesforce Sales cloud) with accurate customer and pipeline data
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
  • Conduct routine meetings with clients to ensure the business is meeting clients' existing and future business needs

More about you

  • The ability to identify the requirements of the business and instinctively come back with a solution.
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan communication cycles and touch points across your portfolio in a frequent and consistent manner.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and product demoing skills.
  • Be comfortable adapting and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • The ability to confidently manage client relationships and general daytoday enquiries.
  • Strong attention to detail in handling business development leads and managing projects from lead to delivery.
  • The ambition to grow and develop existing client relationships through exceptional service and product counsel.
  • Understanding of HR, Recruitment & Onboarding Software is a bonus.
  • 5yrs+ experience in CSM / account management or customer support in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience designing strategies to grow and retain accounts within your named territory.
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations and training within your defined customer accounts.
