About the role

Temporary full time opportunity to manage, coordinate, design and deliver learning solutions to build capability, deliver organisational development and non-clinical learning initiatives across Metro North Health.

About you

  • Manage, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions, workshops and other learning activities using engaging techniques and learning methodologies to maximise learning outcomes.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling and execution of program and project initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organisational goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand their requirements, gain buyin for learning initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to learning programs, such as participant registration, attendance tracking and resource allocation.
