A snippet about the role


Your laser focus is being a hands-on manager with a solid technical background and go-getter attitude to lead the implementation of critical IT infrastructure refresh in a regulated environment.

You collaborate well within business and technology stakeholders, vendors & all levels of the organisation.

You will be top dog to ensure the program of work is well-defined, well managed and adheres to best practice frameworks.

You have vast experience in planning & delivery of complex IT infra projects - sticking to those strict deadlines, balancing business needs with resources & supporting seamless integration.

You're a true leader & you love you some problem solving - prioritising and issue management comes as second nature to you.

You are more than comfortable in agile and/or lean methodologies.

Cross functional collaboration & communication is king and you make sure you keep everyone in the loop. You're a gun at keeping your beady eye on monitoring project performance & know when to implement corrective actions.


You've got the gift to translate all the techy mumbo jumbo in to terms the non-techy among us can understand.

Building strong relationships is a given and you thrive on providing your expert advice to internal & external stakeholders.

Skills we are on the hunt for

  • Track record of delivering complex Network and Infrastructure programs/projects in a regulated environment, understanding of gateways, firewalls, routers.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills with executive level steering groups. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both techy and nontechy people.
  • Strong documentation skills to create business cases, design requirements, implementation plans, and project reports.
  • Project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar
  • Working with network equipment vendors and service providers. Ability to evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of network products and services.
  • Top notch communication, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills
