  • Deliver property claims outcomes meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for timely decision-making in claims.
  • Assess liability, costs, and validity of building works.
  • Review damage reports and ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements:

  • Building Trade or Loss Assessor qualification through ANZIIF.
  • Extensive property assessing and customer service experience.
  • Technical knowledge of Insurance practices.
  • Effective planning and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in systems, software, and communication tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
