Excellent opportunity for Registered Nurse wanting to join our team and work along side the CCC. We are looking for RN's wanting to work night shift.

  • Provide quality clinical care to our residents.
  • Complete documentation and reporting as per TTHA policies and procedures including resident assessment and care planning.
  • Always uphold TTHA values of honesty, teamwork, respect, dignity and accountability of your actions.
  • Lead a care team to deliver the highest quality, person-centered, care to our residents
  • Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound management and clinical care, in line with resident needs and legislative requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure health and safety laws are adhered to.
  • Sound knowledge around infection control and manual handling.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have the following relevant experience, skills, knowledge and qualifications:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Registered Nurse - Essential
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance -Essential
  • Be passionate to work with the elderly residents
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
  • Demonstrated clinical and staff leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills
  • Enjoy working in a close team environment
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply
  • Applicants must have a valid police clearance
