About the opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist or HR Generalist to join one of the best Talent Attraction & Mobility teams in Australia We were recently nominated in the Seek STAR awards for Team of the Year.

In this key Perth based role you will make a significant impact in partnering closely with hiring leaders to understand role and business requirements, determine sourcing channels and methods, develop advertising, manage and screen applicants and make recommendations.


What you'll deliver with us

Reporting into our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment for high-volume award level Perth based positions for our Network Operations division.


You'll also

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process for award level roles
  • Assist with any TA projects including the recruitment for campaigns, programs of work and band level recruitment
  • Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners, providing relevant advice and market insights.

About you


You will have a 'seat at the table' with hiring leaders, attending leadership meetings and meeting stakeholders onsite, provide input and steering the business area's longer-term talent strategy.


What are we looking for?

  • Well demonstrated experience, performance and capability as a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Business Partner, recruiting end to end, external talent in a TA function or Recruitment agency environment
  • Proven track record of excellent stakeholder management skills, including strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to adapt and recruit across different divisions, initiatives and role types as required
  • A demonstrated track record in proactively and innovatively sourcing external talent
  • Demonstrated track record of engaging in a positive and constructive way with team initiatives and requests to support other teams
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with leaders up to Territory/State Manager level including regular in person engagement, providing external market insights and updates to leadership teams.
